To manage projects that are typically fast paced and constantly evolving. As we are often faced with hard deadlines, this project management system keeps track of the project throughout the entire process and provides transparency of the process to the client.
It also allows us to manage quality assurance at key milestones and ensures that projects are on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
Microvellum Software Solutions
Microvellum provides design-to-manufacturing software solutions.
This powerful software allows us to create complex joinery items in 3D.
Once the design is approved, we can create work orders for the factory that include automatic nesting of parts to CNC, automatic label printing that identifies each component and post finishing information like edge banding or painting. It also enables the production of detailed exploded shop drawings for fabricators.
Z Brush
ZBrush is the 3D industry's standard digital sculpting application. It uses customisable brushes to shape, texture, and paint virtual clay, - while providing instant feedback. This tool is used by film studios and artists the world over.
Rhino 3D and RhinoCam
Rhino is a 3D CAD software, which allows the design of complex 3D surface and mesh modelling.
RhinoCam is designed for complex 3D machining. This product combines powerful toolpath generation strategies with efficient control of the cutting tool for detailed machining capabilities.
PowerMill
PowerMill Robot provides powerful, flexible and easy-to-use tools for off-line programming of robots, simplifying the optimisation of robotic paths and simulating virtual mock-ups of complete manufacturing cells and systems.
Smartsheet
Smartsheet plans, tracks, automates, and reports on work, enabling you to move from idea to impact — fast.
It's simple, intuitive interface empowers the user to quickly configure, adapt, and improve their work processes to speed up execution.

Harvest allows our team to keep track of all hours on your project, and deliver on budget. It helps to keep key dates and milestones at the top of everyone’s mind. Combine this with Forecast, we are able to plan current and future resources to continue to push projects forward at a steady pace, manage workloads and deliver your project to a high standard.
Health and Safety
Our team members are well trained and professional. All team members wear a uniform and have PPE. All onsite teams have site safe passports. Our Health and Safety culture means we carryout toolbox talks 3 times a week on the factory.
Cutting Innovations will provide a Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) for undertaking projects on site.
We operate a ShopSafe programme in our workshop and we are a member of Site Safe.
